• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message when you get in touch with us.
• Orders: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details when you purchase an item. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card information.
• Website usage: anonymised, aggregated analytics about how visitors use this site (e.g. pages viewed), which cannot be used to identify you individually.

How we use your information

• To process and fulfil your order, including shipping.
• To respond to enquiries you send through the contact form.
• To send you a payment receipt and order updates.
• To improve the website and understand how it’s used.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unless you’ve separately agreed to that.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party services to run this website and process orders. Each only receives the information it needs to perform its function:

• Stripe — payment processing and order/shipping details.
• Supabase — secure storage of product information and contact form submissions.
• Vercel — website hosting and anonymised analytics.
• Google (Gmail) — email notifications when you contact us.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfil your order, respond to your enquiry, or meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand), you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, and ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, please get in touch.
