Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided it is returned in as-new condition.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be unworn and free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
- Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Be received by us within 30 days of delivery.
Once we have inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
- As each piece is handcrafted to order, custom commissions or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
